Agrifood City of Tudela
The Agrifood City of Tudela (acronym ‘CAT’ in Spanish) is an initiative of the Government of Navarra under the region’s Department of Rural Development and the Environment.
It puts more than one million square metres at the disposal of the agrifood sector, with all services centralised and a key geostrategic position.
The project was born with a view to creating a critical mass within the agrifood sector, with common growth and development objectives, to bring growth to the sector and consolidate the market, and to the Agrifood City itself as a national and international reference.
The project comes under the PLAN MODERNA, a regional economic development programme that brings together investments in specific infrastructures for the agrifood sector.
A total of 120 million euros has been invested in the project to date.
The Agrifood City is a pioneering business park where infrastructures and services are shared to improve the competitiveness of the companies located there.
